Denver Union Stations adds another multifamily complex call Platform at 1560 Wewatta St. The 287 unit, 21-story luxury apartment building is being developed by Holland Partner Group and is expected to be completed in fall 2014. The building will be 100% smoke-free and amenities includes, pool, fitness center, aerobics studio, and 6,858 square feet of retail space. The building will also have LEED Gold certification.
