ASB Real Estate Investments purchased the five-story office building at 1515-1517 Wazee St. for $16.3 million from Elevation Development. The 52,000 square foot office building is 100% leased and its main anchor tenant is Exempla Health urgent care center and its medical offices. LoDo, currently boost some of the lowest vacancy rate in the Central Business District. The vacancy rate stood at 9.2% in 4Q 2012 out of a total inventory of 3,888,604 square feet. Class A asking rate stood $33.50 and Class B asking rate $22.75 per square foot.
