The seven-story mixed-use development in Cherry Creek North located at 245 Columbine St. was approved by the Denver City Council which simultaneously changed the zoning to CMX-8 allowing for higher density.  The mixed-use development will feature underground parking, ground-floor retail, office space and two luxury condos. Another developer, Western Development Group is schedule to break ground on an eight-story office and luxury condo development project called 200 Columbine which is located across the street from the other development. There are several new developments scheduled to be built in the area in the coming year.
