Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is doubling its office space downtown to consolidate its Golden and Denver Operations.  The company’s lease for its Golden office at 1527 Cole Blvd. expired so it has signed a lease for 143,877 square feet at 707 17th St., where it currently has offices on the 23rd floor.

The 42-story building – owned by Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC, doing business as MS Crescent Tow SPV LLC – also houses the Denver Marriott City Center hotel, which takes up the first 20 floors and uses the address of 1701 California St. Forth Worth, Texas-based Crescent also owns the adjacent 29-story Johns Manville Plaze, 707 17th St.
