Retail vacancy in Denver continues to improve in second quarter of 2013 dropping to 6.6%, down from 6.7% in previous quarter. Net positive absorption was 698,548 square feet, however vacant sublease increased by 3,864 square feet. Second quarter net positive absorption is still below to the 2013 first quarter of 789,143 square feet of net absorption….
