Another 25-story apartment tower to be built at 18^th Avenue, between Lincoln and Broadway by Atlanta developer Novare Group. The 25-story, 354-unit apartment tower will be called SkyHouse Denver and will be the company’s 12^th SkyHouse. With more than 10,000 units coming online in 2014 and another 24,000 are in the pipeline, Denver is considered one of the top performing non-coastal cities in the country with 8-10 percent rent growth. The apartment tower will feature one and two bedroom/den floor plans, with high-end finishes and floor to ceiling glass. Another signature feature of SkyHouse is the 25^th floor club room, fitness center, outdoor amenity space with swimming pool, fire places, outdoor kitchen, covered outdoor lounge and 360-degree views of the city. The apartment complex will also have a six-story parking garage and ground-floor retail.
