The building sold for $70,000,000 or $317 per square foot and the building’s occupancy rate at the time of sale was 87% with its main tenant (Guaranty Bank) occupying 25% of the building. Vacancy rate for Denver office space in CBD is currently at 12.5% while LoDo showing the lowest vacancy rate of 6.9%.
