LaSalle Investment Management Inc. of Chicago is listing the World Trade Center Complex at 1625 and 1675 Broadway for sale. The 770,000 square foot office building complex was built in 1979 and 1980 and renovated in 2005 and 95% occupied. Anchor tenants include, Baker Hughes Inc., Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp., Key Bank and Resolute Energy Corp.  Jones Lang LaSalle bought the complex in 2008 for $157.8 million which was the largest deal in the nation that year.

1999 Broadway is also listed for sale and solicitation “Call for Offers” began February 4th. The 43-story 680,277 square foot office building was built in 1985 and is 97% occupied. Some of its key tenants are Berry Petroleum, U.S. Department of Labor and Mercy Housing.
