PM Realty Group announced plans to build a high-end apartment complex by the South Platte River across from REI (15^th St. and Little Raven St.). The 34-story 288 apartment building is expected to be the tallest structure in Riverfront Park and will feature top of the line finishes including large rooftop terrace with an infinity edge pool, cabanas, grills and fire pits. PM Realty purchased the 50,000 square foot parcel from Paul J. Stann & Associates LLC. for $10 million in July. Paul J. Stann and Ray Suppa bought the parcel in 2004 and had plans to develop the site as mixed use. PM Realty Group is planning to break ground within the next couple of weeks and expects the project to be completed within two years. As of yet, no name has been given to the project.
