Beacon Capital Partners Inc. has completed its purchase of the Wells Fargo Center at 1700 Lincoln St. in Denver from MPG Office Trust Inc. and Charter Hall Office REIT. The purchase price was $387.5 million which equates to about $322 per square foot. The 1.2 million square foot 52 story Class A office building was built in 1983 and was renovated in 2002. The property is situated on 1.94 acres and features 350 covered parking spaces. The building is also LEED Gold certified and Energy Star efficient.
