The historic Windsor Dairy Block between 18th and 19th St. and between Blake and Wazee St. will become a mixed use development.  The project is still in the early phase of design but Loveland developer McWhinney and Grand American Inc. are planning to redevelop the Winsor Dairy block in Lower Downtown Denver into a 325,000 square foot mixed use development that will include office, retail and multifamily. McWhinney is a known developer in Colorado and has developed several projects including the Centerra in Loveland and North Park in Broomfield. This would be McWhinney’s second major project in downtown Denver after joining the Union Station Alliance as co-developer, a team of redevelopers that is transforming Denver’s historic train station. Grand America Inc. which has owned the block for more than 30 years will be co-developer on the project.
