The proposed 15-story 389,000 square foot mixed use development will include retail, a parking garage and 205,000 square feet of office. Lincoln Property Company which bought the land in 2006 had originally planned to develop the site before the Great Recession. Part of the development, is to create a “main street” open-air shopping strip that will connect the other two towers. Colorado Center is located at the intersection at I-25 and Colorado Boulevard, and across the street from Regional Transportation District’s Colorado Light Rail Station.  JE Dunn Construction Co which also houses its headquarters at Colorado Center will be general contractor. Construction is scheduled to commence before year end and will take approximately 16 months to finish.
